Chrome 28发布：引入通知中心和Blink标记

今天Google将Mac和Windows平台上的Chrome浏览器升级到28版本。本次更新主要是在Windows平台（此外还有Chrome OS）版本上引入了此前备受期待的通知中心，此外该版本中还有一个非常大的变化就是使用Blink来替代之前的Webkit，可以通过的chrome://version/进行检查。本次升级可以通过浏览器的内置静默升级或者到直接到google.com/chrome网站上下载安装.
