I changed the line:tc qdisc add dev $IFACE root handle 1: cbq avpkt 1000 bandwidth 10mbitInto:tc qdisc add dev $IFACE root handle 1: cbq avpkt 1000 bandwidth 1000mbitAnd now everything works correctly. Now sure why the script is hardcoded to 10mbit though...
